Fourth and Fifth grade students operate Wilson's TV studio lab and morning news show, which consists of 1 Director, 3 Announcers, 1 Camera Operator and 4 Technicians.  We go on air every morning reporting school information and local events.  The crew is on WEBS for one semester at which time a new crew will be trained.  Interviewing for WEBS is done at the middle and end of the school year.

Student Council

Third, fourth, and fifth graders are elected each fall to Student Council. These students organize and facilitate school-wide and community projects.

Wilson Music Program

Our fourth and fifth graders have the opportunity to be in chorus and our third through fifth graders learn the recorder as part of the curriculum.

Students' art work has been displayed at area malls, art festivals, banks, and the Seminole County Educational Support Center.

Our Physical Education program is designed to increase the student's strength, flexibility, speed, agility, and overall coordination through the use of rhythmics, stretching, exercise, and developmental skills.  We will also develop an appreciation for different sports and physical activities as well as how the human body functions best.

In addition, the Stinger Bees Cross Country Club allows every student the opportunity to compete in an athletic event, regardless of his/her natural ability.  The student athlete has the opportunity to participate and compete with others of similar ability and is able to gauge success on an individual basis.  All members of the student body are invited to join the team.  The only requirement of our athletes is that they attend every practice and every meet with the desire to work hard and improve.  It is our mission that all student athletes grow through every day experiences in the sport.  Dedication, commitment, and teamwork are all important skills that we want our athletes to take with them past their elementary school years.  The schedule for the 2014-15 school year is as follows:
